32 vs 64 bit SQL Server hotfixes

Hello,
We have a scenario where we have SQL Server 2005 Express 32 bit
installed on a 64 bit Vista computer. When applying SQL Server
hotfixes (such as this one:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=4C9851CC-2C4C...90-872C)
should we use the 32 or 64 bit version of the hotfix. Thanks.

The 32 bit version work for us in the end. Thanks for your help.
