We have 1 Main Server (Publisher), dedicated distrib, 5 Subscribers.

We want to use bi-direction transactional instead of merge for performance
reasons.

Will the following work with the @loopback_detection param:

1) Subscriber1 Inserts Record
2) Replicated to Publisher
3) Will insert be replicated to Subscriber 2,3,4,5?

tia,
Chris

Hello Chris,

I guess bi-direction transactional replication works when you do have 2
server (Word bi-direction itself denotes two servers if more than 2 it should
be multi-direction); in your case you do have 6 Server (1 publisher + 5
Subscribers) hence you should go for peer-to-peer Transactional replication.

Hope this help you.
