Post subject: Books on Data Warehouse Performance Tuning for MS-SQL 2000

Anyone happen to know of any good books on performance tuning for
MS-SQL 2000? I am currently building a Cognos datawarehouse and would
like to ensure that the db is tuned for peak performance.
