Yes, you can start Query Analyser if you are on SQL-Server 7 or 2000 or SSMS
(Sql Server Management Studio) if you are on SQL-Server 2005 or 2008 and
handle this problem. However, before proceeding any further, you should be
sure to know what you are doing; otherwise, you could end up in a much worse
situation than before.
Finally, there is no certainty that your database is corrupt and maybe that
you simply have a problem with your Access interface unrelated to any
corruption problem. You should really ask someone who knows a lot about this
and/or about your system instead of starting to play with it.
