Post subject: Where to get JDBC Driver for SQL Server

I have SQL SERVER 2000 Standard Edition databases. I want to access them from
JDBC. My JDBC is on HP UNIX (but I can live with Windows 2000 as well). Where
can I get JDBC Driver for it and some examples how to call SQL Server from
JDBC?

I have lot of experience in using JDBC with Oracle, but new to SQL SERVER.
Really appreciate any help/pointers.
