Hi



This is my direct client opening for a PHP Team Lead - Philadelphia,
PA. This is a Permanent position. The salary range is DOE. Client will
transfer Visa candidates for this position.



We’re looking for a Technical Team Lead with a strong PHP technical
background with proven experience in leading teams, Must have
experience working with offshore development teams.



Technical Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in a Technical Team Lead role

Must have experience working with offshore development teams

Must have proficiency with HTML, PHP and CSS, and JavaScript

Must have experience with SOAP and XML development

Working knowledge of UNIX is required

Experience with UML is required

Experience with Symfony PHP framework a plus

Solid background in SQL and in particular, Oracle database
