Good day!

My program which was developed using Visual Basic 6 as
the programming language, MS SQL 2000 as the database and
Seagate Crystal Report as reporting tool.

The program runs well in all the PC except for one. When
the program suppose to display a report, it says "Cannot
Open SQL Server".

Why does this happen?
Is it because some of the .dll files are missing or
corrupted?

Please help!

Thank you and have a nice day.

That's a pretty generic error message. Try creating a new ODBC DSN to the
same server on that machine.
Press the Test button. Note the OS error number and search the kb for that
error or repost with the exact error message.

Example:
OS Error 53. == Network Name Not Found (trying to connect over Named
Pipes.
OS Error 10060 : == ConnectionTimeout (trying to connect over TCP)
