Is there any performance tuning information on Many-to-many dimension?

I found a white paper below.

Any more information will be appreciated.

That is a very good paper about performance with M2M.
If you want more information about data modeling using M2M, take a
look at "The many-to-many revolution" paper here: http://www.sqlbi.com/manytomany.aspx

Marco,

Do you have any metrics comparing regular vs. M2M dimensions, that is,
the performance of say a cube with 5 dimensions, 4 of them regular,
and 1 of them M2M, to that of the performance of a cube with all 5
being regular? Looking at both query time and cube processing time?
Even something anecdotal would be appreciated. I was wondering if we
were the only ones seeing a bit of a perf. degradation when going the
M2M route (even though project requirements can trump the concern of
this).

Thanks,
