Post subject: Programmatically Connect ADP/ADE to MSDERelA Subscription
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>sqlserver>clients (more info?)

What SQL Database Publication and Subscription security settings do I need
for Users to be able to use my database in the following scenario:

SQL database using Windows Authentication, on Laptops running WXPPro,SP2
logged onto <servername>.local, but Offline (Mobile Users).

Running an Access (Runtime) Project (ADP/ADE) connected to an Anonymous Pull
Merge Subscription on the <local> MSDERelA. Users get an error message or an
empty Access screen and NO application Startup form. Administrators CAN open
and use Project.

Same for the Windows Synchronization Manager. Administrators can
successfully setup and Synchronize from the Publisher on the W2K3 / SS2K3
MSSQLServer. Users cannot setup their own subscription [All Users], NOR use
the Admin's [Single User].

I tried some Active Directory, Users and Computers, stuff, and tried to
figure out how Group Policy Objects might help.

What do I need in Enteprise Manager to point it to the AD Users already set
up?

And how does that Security deploy to the Anonymous Subscribers?
