Post subject: SQL Server 2008 Express Install Issue

I am trying to upgrade my MSDE2000 to Sql Server 2008 Express which is a
valid path.

I am stuck on the installation wizard at SELECTED FEATURES they are greyed
out and the wizard will not continue unless features are selected

Bottom of screen

Red X There are no features selected for upgrade

you click next Red X there are validation errors on this page, Click OK to
close this dialo0g box Reveiew errors at the bottom setup page, then provide
valid parameteres or click help for more information

Help does not help

I ran the analizer and everything looks good no errors or alerts to stop the
upgrade.

Any ideas
