Archived from groups: microsoft>public>sqlserver>programming (more info?)

Hi,

In my SQL Server 2000, I would like to create a VIEW across two databases on
two database servers.
How do I do that?
Thanks for help.

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

You can use linked servers and then simply use four-part names for objects
referenced in the view.

Look up sp_addlinkedserver in Books Online.
