I don't know that there is one as it would be tough to maintain given all of
the changes that people would want to try. I include a sample database on my
book's DVD that's easy to install (and reinstall). You can also try to
install a separate SQL Express instance and use NorthWind, AdventureWorks
and Pubs (all sample databases provided by Microsoft and downloadable from
their site.
