Maybe you could clarify what you mean "running as administrator"? The only
way a stored procedure could be running as administrator is that you have
signed the procedure with a certificate that is associated with a login
that has been granted CONTROL SERVER. Hm, maybe procedures in the master
database with EXECUTE AS OWNER as well. In any case, I suspect that you
have something else in mind, whence my request for clarification.
