Post subject: Solaris/AIX/HPUX Scan for Ingres
Archived from groups: comp>databases>ingres (more info?)

Hi,

I want to run a scan of all my many UNIX machines to check whether
Ingres is installed on the machine and
if so what version.

The UNIX machines can have an Operating System of Solaris, HPUX or
AIX.

How can I find out if Ingres is installed and if so, what is the
Ingres version?

Thanks for any help.
