"We are currently moving an app from Sybase ASE to SQL Server 2005. In
Sybase the SQLCA.dbparm has a "StaticBind=0" parameter. I cannot find any
references to this parameter in SQL Server. Do we need to worry about
defining this in our SQL Server connection string?
