Upload files to HTTP server from Filemaker

I have a feature in a database (FM9, Win XP) that uploads a file to an
HTTP server as part of a a form that is submitted. This is filling in
a form that has one of the "browse" buttons to select a file from your
local machine.

To date, I have been using a plugin called NetTools from Acme
Technology and this has worked fine.

Now I need to run the same thing on Win Vista and Win Server 2008
Terminal server. The NetTools plugin will not work under these
operating systems. It reports Java errors and will not go. Acme are
unresponsive to support requests, so I am wondering if anyone has a
solution for this?

I use Troi URL Plugin elsewhere in the solution but it does not handle
file uploads in this way...

Any help would be much appreciated.
