XP Blue Screen of Death from 8.5 Runtime When Printing

I put a runtime solution on a friend's XP machine which causes the
blue screen of death whenever the user tries to print. Happens with my
print scripts or from the print menu. Happens with network printers or
printing from the full version of Acrobat.

It runs fine in Filemaker Advanced 8.5 on my Vista tablet and as a
runtime on my Vista tablet, XP tablet and wife's XP notebook.

What should I look for? I thought I'd try putting it on another PC on
that network. I also thought about downloading the trial version of
Filemaker to that machine to see if that would work. Any other ideas
out there?
