Post subject: Cannot create any ODBC connection using SQL Server
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>sqlserver>odbc (more info?)

Hi,
I'm having a problem with one PC. When I go via Control Panel and Data
Sources (ODBC) and click on Add under the User DSN tab then try to choose SQL
server the windows dissapears and I'm back to the first screen again. On
other PCs this then gives me options to choose a name etc for the data
source. The same happens under the system dsn and file dsn and it only
happens when I try to use the SQL server option? Any help would be great.
