date is in excel how do i export to access contact list

Is "access contact list manager" the name of a specific Access database you
have created? Is it a template, by some chance?

Assuming that it is such a database, you should be able to link to it from
Access. Depending on which version you are using, the menu (or ribbon)
choices are different, although the steps are essentially the same. What
version of Access are you using?
