Post subject: how can i make sequrity to my database ?
Archived from groups: comp>lang>basic>visual>database (more info?)

i have one database .and i want tah tthe database is not opened or not
accesible to any user when it not run it only give acess to the
prgramm or no hacker or caracker can broke it for sequrity reason
..what i have to do?

Don't create it...There is NO sure way to secure a database. Given enough
time or energy a hacker would get through it..

What database format are you looking into? - I guess I assumed Access

Options:
- Password protect the Access database (security level very low since many
programs exist that can get by it)
- Use the Access password security wizard
- Encrypt all information inside the database
