Post subject: How to get path to a database
Archived from groups: mailing>database>mysql (more info?)

Does anyone know how to GET (not search the filesystem yourself) the path
to any database, as in, where on the filesystem it lives? Is it a query? Is
it in a debug log?

mysql> show variables like 'datadir';
