I am looking for a php newsletter manager

Hi all

I am looking for a very good php based newsletter tool, I am using
phplist at present which is great as a free tool, however now I am
looking for something more , especially a better solution for sending
in batches and with good and reliable reports as open tracks etc.

I am not looking for a free tool, I can afford to pay say 100 dollars,
however there are so many on offer and I would like to get some
recommendations from someone who is already using it .

I need to send under 3000 mails , otherwise I would use web services
such as icontatc etc.
