reporting tool

Hello all,

My company is searching for an application that would alow our endusers to
create reports on their own directoly from our sql database. Does anyone
have any sugestions on what you use and why.
We are looking for visual/graphs drawing ability.
Intrenet/intranet based would be good.
A way to see all reports created so that users can run each other's reports.

you do not specify the edition of SQL Server you are using, but if you are
on SQL Server\SQLExpress 2005 or later I'd suggest a try of the included
(and free) Reporting Services,
