Hello there

I took sql server 2005 books online for 2 servers to transfer data from one
server to another.

In my case i have 2 instances of sql server 2005 on the same server. how can
i use service broker in this case?

Roy,

Service Broker is for sending/receiving messages, not for data transfer. See
the following articles by Roger Walter:
