Hello uday,

SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition can not be installed on Windows XP or
Vista (shortly, you can't install it on client desktop OSs).

However, you can install SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Edition on client OSs.

If you want to try out the features of SQL Server 2005' s Enterprise Edition
on your Windows XP, then you might want to try out the Evaluation Edition or
Developer Edition. These editions of SQL Server have all the features of
Enterprise Edition.
